We recommend looking for training programs that have multiple support offices active in different time-zones. All of them should be combined to enable simple one-stop access and round-the-clock access, when you want it, with no hassle. Unless you insist on support round-the-clock, you'll quickly find yourself regretting it. It may be that you don't use it late in the night, but you may need weekends, early mornings or late evenings.
